Sharing Your Information

Maccrist does not sell or share your personal information with strangers at any time. Children’s Privacy

We support and recognize the importance of protecting children’s privacy under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This site and our services are not directed to or intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect, sell or solicit personal information from children under 16. Only Maccrist employees, individuals or third party providers who need that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services are granted access. Despite our best efforts to keep your information safe, we cannot guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches and notify you if there are any threats to your rights or interests.

We will retain your information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Do Not Track

California and Delaware law requires us to let you know how we respond to your Do Not Track requests. Because there isn’t an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring browser DNT signals, we don’t monitor or respond to them at this time. Governing Law

Maccrist makes no representation that this Privacy Policy and such practices comply with the laws of any other country. Visitors who use this site and reside outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent that local laws are applicable. Severability

Maccrist and you agree that if any section of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion(s) of this Privacy Policy.
